Cynthia Rowley Blue Knit Dress - pair w/ leggings!

This is a size 1X but fits more like a medium - large. The knit material is 100% Merino Wool. Super comfy and soft. This is a dress but falls just below the butt for me so it's the perfect pair for leggings and a cute scarf! Worn and washed only a few times - in great condition!
