Cynthia Rowley Bonded Leggings

Unique leggings made from bonded neoprene, aka wetsuit material! Marked as a size 8 but fit like a 6... 28" waist. They are very thick and warm, and they don't have too much stretch... just enough to fit tightly. Cool thatched floral pattern, almost photorealistic. Exposed back zipper.
