Cynthia Rowley mini dress size XS. Pattern is a mixture of white, tan and blue tones. Dress is stretchy and made of a thick rayon/spandex material. Top of dress is more fitted, while the skirt is flowy and slinky. Preworn a few times, but in great condition.
