Cynthia Rowley - High Waisted Skirt with Pockets!

Worn very few times - item is in perfect condition. One of the comfiest work skirts from the wardrobe when I was a teacher. Skirt is high-quality stretch material and has pockets on each side! I wore it high waisted but it’s elastic so you could adjusted it to mid waist if you wanted! Also the pattern is so beautiful- dresses up any outfit and brings 10/10 comfort.
