Black and white floral leaf pattern top from Cynthia Rowley. It is a crop top with 3/4 length sleeves. The neckline is square and can be worn on or off the shoulders. New with only the Cynthia Rowley tag, not other tags attached. Size is large, no stretch to the fabric which is 55% linen and 45% rayon/viscose.
