Cynthia Rowley Seersucker Scolloped Hem Dress

This Cynthia Rowley sucker dress is the perfect summer sundress. It has the cutest scalloped hem that adds a sweat little detail, along with the navy blue bike embroidery. Dress her up or dress her down you can't go wrong. I only wore this dress a couple of times last summer. I thought she was in pristine condition but on further inspection i found two faint marks (probably from my diet coke addiction). Expect to receive the it as is, but I may try to remove the stains gently before shipping.
