Cynthia Rowley Short Sleeve Lace Mini Dress - RARE!

Beautifully detailed lace dress from Cynthia Rowley collection, circa 2016. Dress is lined with exception of black lace detail that cuts through the center of the bust, and cross the waist, and the bottom of hem, and sleeves - subtly showing off the beautiful lace detail! This dress also came in black (shown here for length reference) but this yellow, periwinkle and black color way is so beautiful and unique, and also seemingly rare! This dress has never been worn, but tags were removed. Stored in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
