Cynthia Rowley Silk Dress

There’s so much I love about this dress. It’s a heavy weight silk dress, 3/4 sleeve with gathered cuff and button, quilted at the empire waistline, neckline and the bottom. Pastel pink plaid. Small flaw at the shoulder area, but hardly noticeable. Photo included.
