Cynthia Rowley, Small, Floral, Navy, pink and white blouse

This is a cute little floral top with cap sleeves. It is made of 100% Rayon. The top of the shirt has a navy blue background for flowers made up of white, coral pink, and pale tan. The bottom of the shirt has a contrasting material made up of the same colors but with a pattern of diagonal diamonds. The material is delicate and soft, thin and slightly see-through. Wrinkles easily, but irons out.
