Cynthia Rowley “Teacup” round toe fabric heels

Only worn once - sateen-like fabric heels in a black and deep red. Not as shiny a finish fabric as evening wear satin shoes, so could go either day or night. Heels are in patent leather and the trim and bow in matte leather. With original box.
