Cynthia Rowley Top

This horizontal hooded v-neck, is a navy striped knee length tunic which looks great when worn with leggings. It is 100% Acrylic and made in the USA. There is a small side opening slit at the hem. This top is in good condition and has a couple of unnoticeable pulls which you will have too look for towards the bottom. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. It was only worn once on a special occasion.
