Beautiful top by Cynthia Rowley features v-neck with string ties. Vibrant Bohemian inspired print. Size small. Measures 18” from armpit to armpit and 25” long. 100% rayon. Tag says dry clean only. I will admit to having washed this with woolite on the delicate cycle and ironing on low. It’s in excellent condition. No flaws.
