Cynthia Rowley linen blend white shorts, scalloped design

Beautiful white shorts size 4. New with tag. Have pockets in the front, zipper on the side. Measurements waist 15.5 inches, rise, 9.5 inches, inseam 4 inches. The shorts are lined. Managed to put a small spot on them while trying on, please look at the photos.
