Cynthia Rowley strapless casual dress with pockets

A classic dress in quality material of 90% Silk, 10% Wool in solid black with above the hip side pockets. The woven wool is cut on the bias. Only bust and back band is lined with satin. Dress does run small, bust is about 33" and length is 30" high waist - about 9" from top of dress - is 28"
