Cynthia Steffe - 1980s (Reagan Era) - Style, Cap Sleeve, Ruffle Front Sheath Dress in Silk Charmeuse, color Navy. This is a signature style for Cynthia Steffe. The ruffle front is almost a faux wrap, and the silk charmeuse has an underside lighter color which accentuates the ruffle. Retail $200. I can't locate the size on this but the dimensions are length 34.5", width (at underarm) 15" - which fits small sizes, or a small medium. This is in excellent pre-owned condition - a beautiful dress!
