Reposhing this item I purchased from @815kellyd. Fits size 4 or narrow hip 6. Purchased it under impression that it was a M size 8-10, but it runs very small. I have 40" hips, size 8-10 in skirts, but this didn't stand a chance getting over my hips. Best for size 4. Cut/fit is not ideal for hourglass figures. Fitted through hips, then flounces (sort of drop-waist style). Perfect for adding volume to the hip area. Questions? Leave a comment below!
