Can you provide measurement of the waist? Does the wool irritate the skin?

@lexapeal I am so sorry for delay on getting back to you. The waist is 32in and the wool is soft and supple - not at all itchy or rough and it is also fully lined. It’s a great dress, one of my favorites!
