Cynthia Steffe Cutout Shift Dress

The front overlay has a geometric graphic cutout. The back of the dress feels like soft leather (polyester/polyurethane blend). The color is a cement/off-white color. Dress was worn once and professionally dry cleaned. *NOTE* There is slight discoloration but barely noticeable unless viewed under a light. See close up photo of overlay!
