Cynthia Steffe Eden Maxi Gown

Never worn, white (creamish?) maxi gown by Cynthia Steffe with ruffled peplum detail at the waist and pleating on the sides of the bottom half of the dress. There’s a small mark on the upper left back shoulder that will come out whenever you clean it. The shell is 76% triacetate and 24% polyester. Dry clean only.
