Cynthia Steffe strapless lined dress has support boning in the empire bust which is comprised of horizontal strips of pleated fabric creating amazing texture to this dress. Substantial cotton is reminiscent of mattress ticking or railroad stripes. Two hidden side pockets, side zipper. From the bodice, the stripes run vertically in box pleats leading to the hem which repeats the horizontal strips of pleated fabric all along the hem of this dress, giving a feminine ruffled feeling without feeling too overdone.
