Cynthia Steffe blouse with gathered neckline and hem for a blouson look. Flowy cap sleeves, vibrant blue color. Beautiful contrast to a solid bottom of a different color! Approx 21” long and 21 armpit to armpit. One super tiny hole near the left armpit from where the retail tag was attached (see photo). Not noticeable at all when worn.
