Cynthia Steffe Cotton Dress

Perfect cotton dress. Blue and white graphics. Fully lined. Fit and flare shape. Fitted princess bodice. Full pleated skirt. Size 2, showing on my size 5 mannequin, measures 34 at chest, 27 at waist, full skirt. 34 long from shoulder to hem. There is a small lightening in the arms, see the last pictures, I don't think you'll notice. Priced accordingly. Sweet and comfortable for warm weather.
