Cynthia Steffe strapless dress

Beautiful strapless purple dress by Cynthia steffe. Has ruffle design at waist which is perfect to hide any “flaws”. Side zipper. Support in bust. NWT but there is flaw at location of zipper as shown. Easy fix for seamstress and will be good as new. Lying flat armpit to armpit approx 14.5” across and top of bust to bottom hem approx 28”.
