These jeans are in very good condition and they come from a smoke-free home. They are pull on jeans with an elastic waist. They are size large, the inseam measures 22 1/2 inches, the rise is 12 inches, the leg opening is 9 inches across and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures, 16 inches and stretches 22 inches across.
