D. jeans dark blue skinny jeans size 4

Bought at Ross, never worn outside the house because they’re too short for me. Size 4. 70% cotton, 28% repreve polyester, 2% spandex. Front pockets are fake. Sizes are as indicated: 13” waist, 8.5” rise, 28” inseam. They’ll ride up as you bend your knees, so will be shorter than you think. Let me know if you need any other photos or details.
