Eternity ring designed by David Webb (1925-1975).
This is a very rare eternity ring, created in New York city by the iconic jewelry designer David Webb, back in the 1970. The eternity has been crafted with substantial look in solid .900/.999 platinum with high polished finish and is embellished with a great selection of nineteen earth mined natural blue sapphires. The craftmanship and the selection of the sapphires are gorgeously made.
Sapphires: Mount in a channel setting, with 19 calibrated squared steps cut (3 x 3 x 2.5 mm) of natural blue sapphires, with a total weight of about 3.80 carats.
Birthstone: Sapphire for the month of September.

David Webb
He was an iconic American jeweler. On July 28, 1948, he founded David Webb, the company, which opened at 2 West 46th Street. Among his clients were Elizabeth Taylor, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Barbara Streisand and Beyoncé have also worn his jewelry. Born in Asheville, North Carolina in 1925, Webb was a self-taught designer whose work included dragon bracelets, Maltese cross brooches and animal motifs.
