DAVID'S BRIDAL Short Sleeveless Navy blue Dress With Beaded Straps, Size 4

Navy blue dress done by David's Bridal that goes down several inches past the knees. The straps are bejeweled. There are belt loops for a belt, but no belt. I can cut those off or pack a ribbon with the dress when it is shipped. There is one small snag in the dress (there is a picture), but it is mostly hidden by the way the dress hangs (there is also a picture of this). The dress's short length makes it perfect for summer pictures!
