DAWN JOY FASHIONS Vintage 90s Maxi Dress, Size 9/10

Fantastic long lacy dress with mock turtleneck and partial back zip. 100% polyester though there's not a lot of stretch to the fabric. Last photos is a close up of the chest area. I put a white piece of paper under the dress with dog stroller instructions printed on it. As you can see, the dress is sheer but not fully transparent.
