Here is a measurement for you
Armpit armpit 20 1/2 inches
Waist line  around 20 inches as well, but there is open up zippers on the sides so it can go much more!
A whole length is about 26 inches

What’s the front length from shoulder to hem please . When I saw 26imches it seemed so long but maybe you meant the back part ? I notice that is longer now
