With the ruching (gathering) of the material on the sides , I would say fitted if that helps any.😃

@acmom2228 iI guessing but I would think it would fit. The mannequin has 36" hips, 27" waist. The ruching on the side is subtle, but at the cuffs, it's really noticeable.😃
