DE Collection Scalloped Hem Skirt

This skirt by DE Collection is a nubby knit in ivory and a denim blue with varying sizes of horizontal stripes. The hem is scalloped and has dime sized riveted holes in navy blue that show through to the navy blue lining. It measures 13” at the waist waist, 17.5” at the hips and it’s 23” long. I even have a cute little navy belt with a butterfly buckle that I’ll include. Such a cute skirt and wonderful quality.
