Reposhing this item I purchased from @pepepizzazz. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. The loveliest watercolor florals, in orange, read, and black on white. Petite put tons, spaghetti straps, and waist ties make this dress a dress-it-up, dress-it-down must-have for summer.
