DESIGN LAB Black Dress with Floral Detail

Black short sleeve dress with beautiful Floral embroidery and tassel detail! I wore this dress to a black tie/cocktail party and it was a hit! The tassel adds such a fun flare and the Floral embroidery is beautiful up close. Size medium. Zip up back! I wouldn't say it fits small but since it zips there isn't much give in the shoulder/bust area. Awesome with a pair of black or colorful pumps!!!
