This is a pair of red stretch pants, or jeans, from DG2 by Diane Gilman. They are a size XST. The fabric is 56% Ramie, 32% cotton, 10% polyester, 2% spandex. They have a black elastic band at the waist, a nice detail. Mid-rise, straight leg. These are in good pre-owned condition; look hardly used.
