scene_1 @sarah_balvanz your normal clothes size would be ideal. If you typically wear a medium, you should get a medium but it can also depend on your height and weight. If you’re looking for something to slim you then your normal size should be fine. If you are trying to lose weight, maybe aim at a size smaller than your normal clothes size so you can gradually fit into it. As for bra size, it doesn’t matter because it goes underneath and not over your chest. Lmk, if that helps!
