There is no stretch to the fabric but it is cut in a loose way and soft gathering at the high waist. Great Vintage Condition with no signs of wear. These pants were hand washed and hung to dry. The white is from the sun coming in the blinds and not imperfections. Size Small Based on the label I believe these are from 1980s.
