This DVF blouse is so elegant and at the same time, so fun and festive. The print is called “Brush Marks” and is mostly shades of greens and blues with black, mauve, coral and cream scattered throughout. There is a panel down the front with both large and small ruffles (photo #2). The blouse has a 5 inch banded hem that is designed to be worn at the waist so that there is overhanging material which really makes the fit flattering but that’s a personal choice. On the right side top of the panel is a small POCKET!! I’m not certain if there is one on the left side as well, no one has taken the threading apart. The back has a zipper down the center.
