DIAZ SANTOYA, Vintage Sterling Silver Pyramid & Dark Wood Sterling Inlay Pendant

This is such  an interesting pendant. The artist attached 3 oval rings to form a 3D Pyramid, and what I believe is a round of very dark Wood bezel set in Sterling Silver. In the Wood is an inlayed design in Sterling Silver. The design is reminiscent to me of a squid or jelly fish, some type of ocean sea life. It really is unique. Originally I thought this was possibly Onyx, however, I can see wood grain when looking closely. This pendant looks good on a fairly thick  chain or on leather. Please note. the chain is not included. I think it has a masculine look to it. I believe the designer is Carlos Diaz. I've looked at some hallmarks but I'm just not positive. If you know, please tell me. Thank you.
