moonlitmansion @rennyharlin Hi, so the fabric is crinkled in nature so I steamed the garment and got a 20.5 inch hip measurement. When it crinkles it probably reduces by about an inch but has the extra inch of stretch - hope that makes sense!

rennyharlin @moonlitmansion Thank you, my dear for going to all that effort! A plus for effort!! I tried 41 inches around my hips, and that's too small. it would be super tight there, and not look good. if I were normal weight, this would be Rockin it! I am disappointed 😞.
