I did well last week and managed to pull an improvement with my knee mobility in just the nick of time. It was my doc's 'last attempt' for a fix. Sooo, I've still got my arthrofibrosis condition to contend with but the last procedure put me on a needed improvement...

suelee16 @britannea ...path. For me my full-time job has been round the clock physical therapy -- in clinic and at home. Its been pretty painful and grueling, I must say. But I'm both hopeful and encouraged that my life will return to normal. My doctor commented that he thinks my knee will "calm down" around the holidays. (Yikes😬, but I'll take it!)
