Cute vintage 60s fabric child's-dress-turned women's-tanktop DIY. Sleeve holes and bottom are pretty rough. Some discoloration at armpits. Well loved!! Could be DIY'd more with some TLC. Maybe a future skirt or pillow? Floral print, stretchy fabric. No tag. Reminds of Valentine's day with the pink and red flowers. Laying flat, 15" pit to pit and with stretch!!
