NOT FOR SALE. Just thought I would show fellow poshers how I dyed my oatmeal Caroline(wool)and cream trapeze slip(did a ombre)
Step 1: purchase Rit dye in color mauve(discontinued so you have to purchase online or go to rit website to see how to mix colors to make mauve)
Step 2:Mix dye in pot on stove until it almost boils then put in sink or bucket until you have enough to cover the item without being folded
Step 3: stir with item in sink for 30-50 min
Step4: hang dry, stretch if needed

@thaovnguyen I don't own the authentic one but I did research online before dying mine and based on what others did iv heard the colors are very similar if you use the mauve dye and for the cost ($4 for dye $15 for cardi i purchased on posh) I feel like it's worth it

I have two Brandy dresses that are light in color and have light stains on them. I am selling them for low prices. I figured I would ask if you would be interested in them to dye them it possibly would hide the stains? I would try it myself but wouldn't have a clue how to do it. I can sell them both to you at a better price if you were interested. It would be nice to see them reused if possible. I will tag you in the listings. Thank you for your time. You have an amazing closet! 💖
