@sarah123tg skirt waist measures to a 28in however because it is stretchable it goes up to 32-33in.
Length from top of waist band down to bottom of skirt measures to about 25-26
top from chest area measured from arm pit to arm pit is 36
lenght from top of shoulder area to bottom is about 25-26in
