Are these over the knee or knee hi? How tall is the heel?

@cocobugs03 Good morning! I believe these are made to be knee high but I guess it also depends on how tall you are. When I get home, I will take some additional photos with measurements and add them to the listing so you can get a better idea how they will fit.
