DKNY Black Velvet Skirt With Embroidery Size 14

This is a really pretty skirt that I never wore (like too many other things in my closet). The 4.5 inches near the hemline aren't velvet - it's a black rayon detail that's slightly see-through (see third photo). Side zip. Rayon/silk blend. No damage or spots. Dry clean.
