Striking blouse with various blues and greens with lines of gold threading throughout. There are ruffles around the collar and at the bottom of the short sleeve. This can be worn closed and tied in the front or open with the tank underneath. 100% Polyester so no pilling! It’s truly a beautiful piece and looks expensive. Worn once as not working in the office anymore.
