lemonraine207 @ladychloe it is hard to tell because my dress form is really old and doesnt expand to sizes well but seems to be about 33"ish on both bust and waist maybe a bit smaller at bust but not much where the pleats end and dress fans out. This material has nice stretch to it but still looks and feels almost like dress pant. measuring the dress laying flat is 17 " below the top 2 buttons along the seam and around 17.5" jist above the pleats in the waist area.
