@eclypz1313 so sorry for the delay!! Yes, it could be let out to 32 inches in the leg length. There is a cuff and you might lose the cuff but will have plenty of material for the extension.

The cuff is doubled over and folded all the way up. That may not make sense but there is plenty of material to extend the length .
