DKNY SIZE 16R SLIMMER THAN CURVY JEANS

This item I bought and didn't realize that they are a skinny jean. Meaning they are slimmer throughout the upper legs and thigh area. So I could not wear them. They've just been in my drawer. They are practically new. Nothing is wrong with them at all. Then they have a slight flare at the bottom. See picts for reference. Waist measurements I got were a 19 inches and inseam is a little longer than a 32 it's not a full 33 inch inseam.
