I'm a 9.5 too! they are a little big but they are wearable. maybe with thick socks you wouldn't even notice. but, I personally didn't like the feel of them being a little big that's why I'm selling them. they were gifted to me and I wish they were just a little more snug. if you aren't picky, they are totally wearable being a 9.5 tho.
